Three decades of slow maturation has woven deep, concentrated layers of dried stone fruit, viscous old honey, polished sandalwood oak, dark dried fig and subtle antique spice. Its aroma unfolds with preserved apricot compote, thick aged honey, sun-dried raisin and mellow, well-integrated aged oak without harsh tannins. The palate balances soft lingering cereal sweetness with powerful alcohol warmth, rounded by silky, long-softened oak tannins and complex dried fruit depth unique to three decades in wood. The exceptionally long finish lingers on dark dried fruit, molasses caramel and gentle antique wood spice that unfolds slowly over minutes.
