Uncharred new oak lends intense creamy wood spice and vanilla layers to Glenallachie’s signature bright fruity malt core. Its aroma bursts with rich toasted coconut, thick vanilla custard, ripe green apple, floral honey, baked peach and bold warm cinnamon oak spice. The palate delivers concentrated vibrant orchard fruit sweetness, full rounded malt depth, powerful high-proof heat and firm tannic virgin oak structure that anchors the bright fruit.
