Lustau Almacenista Manzanilla Pasada de Sanlúcar is an aged dry Spanish Manzanilla sherry at 17% ABV in a compact 500ml format, crafted by Lustau’s coastal Sanlúcar bodega under extended flor yeast biological maturation. Longer ageing softens sharp youthfulness, delivering bright saline mineral, raw almond, fresh green herb and faint unripe apple without sweet oxidative fruit weight. Its nose bursts with coastal sea brine, wild chamomile flor, raw almond kernel, unripe green apple skin and light dry grassy undertones. The palate offers crisp upfront saline dryness, mild gentle spirit warmth, subtle green fruit backnotes and delicate aged flor tannins. It finishes short, clean and mineral-driven with lingering fresh herbal coastal vibrancy. Served well chilled neat as an aperitif, matching raw shellfish, olive tapas and mild fresh soft goat cheeses.
