Romate Cream Iberia is a sweet cream sherry produced by Sanchez Romate at 18% ABV in a standard 750ml bottle. Blended from Oloroso and rich Pedro Ximénez wine, it delivers luxuriously viscous dried fruit, caramel and nutty oak sweetness. Its nose unfolds with raisin, candied fig, brown sugar, walnut and soft vanilla oak. The palate offers silky rounded fruit sweetness, mild gentle spirit warmth and subtle dried fruit tannins. It finishes long and velvety with persistent caramel and raisin vibrancy. Best chilled neat, it pairs flawlessly with milk chocolate, nut cakes and mild blue cheeses as a post-dinner digestif.
