Crafted from uniquely developed wine that combines the delicate finesse of Fino with the rich depth of Oloroso, it undergoes long dual-style oak cask maturation to balance crisp flor-derived brightness and deep nutty wood complexity. The nose offers roasted almond, dried citrus peel, subtle spiced oak and faint warm honey sweetness without harsh alcoholic fumes. The palate delivers well-balanced dry nutty and soft dried fruit flavours, smooth medium alcohol warmth and faint polished aged woody spice brought by extended multi-stage barrel ageing. It features a soft lingering finish of toasted nut and light dried caramel notes.
