Expressing the culture of authentic potato shochu grown in southern Kyushu. This nigori shochu is unfiltered and aged in storage, using only Hatsutome and Nakatome, which have strong flavors, to help modern drinkers rediscover the authentic taste of potato shochu and the traditional way of drinking it, such as mixing it with hot water. The quality of the sake is distinctly sweet, like white sugar, mellow yet sharp, and can be enjoyed at a variety of temperatures, but its true value is shown when mixed with hot water. It goes well with grilled winter fish and chicken-based dishes, so please enjoy it as a limited edition winter drink.
