In 2006, the decision to start a second business was born out of the Hokusatsu region's heavy rain floods. This shochu was created with the Komaki Brothers' passion for shochu, respecting the thoughts and history of the first company's founder. We use existing koji mold and yeast that existed 100 years ago, and while we value traditional manufacturing methods, we never stop evolving. The inscription ``Issho'' is named after each letter of the brothers' names, and the name was chosen to reflect the brothers' desire to unite the brewery and produce authentic shochu that they can provide to customers with responsibility and confidence, as well as the determination that everyone must continue to evolve so that those who purchase this shochu will have a lifelong relationship with ``Issho.'' Recommended is to mix it with hot water and rock it.
