The new-make edition of Issho Silver, marking 15 years since the label's debut. It retains the rich, milky aroma while using Gohyakumangoku rice from Niigata for the koji. Like the Isekichidon new-make release, this is 100% freshly distilled shochu; avoid prolonged storage and enjoy it as soon as possible.
Ko Brewing Ichisho Challenge Silver 5 Million Stones New Sake Ver. Potato is a 15‑year‑aged sweet‑potato shochu from Japan, bottled at 25 degrees ABV, 1800‑millilitre large‑format bottle. This long‑matured imo‑style shochu delivers a sophisticated, multi‑layered aromatic profile. The nose opens with baked sweet‑potato richness, honeyed dried‑fruit sweetness, gentle nutty accents and soft earthy undertones. On the palate, it is medium‑bodied and luxuriously smooth‑textured, offering well‑rounded root‑driven sweetness, beautifully integrated 15‑year aged nuance and refined balanced distilled‑spirit character. Its silky, drawn‑out finish is best savoured neat or over ice, a premium large‑format aged shochu for special contemplative sipping occasions.
