This expressive imo‑style craft shochu delivers a rich, multi‑layered aromatic profile. The nose unfolds with deep roasted sweet‑potato aromas, subtle caramel sweetness, gentle fermented complexity and soft mineral undertones. On the palate, it is medium‑bodied and rounded‑textured, offering concentrated root‑driven sweetness, well‑defined nuance and smooth balanced distilled‑spirit character.
