Distilled in 2013 and matured a full decade in ex-bourbon oak casks, it delivers rich honeyed baked stone fruit sweetness balanced with pronounced vanilla toast and soft grassy malt undertones. The aroma carries buttered vanilla pod, stewed apricot pulp, golden wildflower honey and lightly toasted oak plank notes. The palate offers dense rounded fruity core, vibrant caramel tannin warmth and velvety full medium texture. It holds a long persistent lingering finish with bright honeyed fruit brightness and quiet deep vanilla oak depth.
