Distilled in 2014 and matured eight years in traditional ex-bourbon oak casks, it delivers bright honeyed green orchard fruit sweetness balanced with soft grassy Speyside malt and lightly toasted vanilla oak undertones. The aroma carries crisp green apple pulp, golden wildflower honey, fresh barley grass and pale vanilla plank notes. The palate offers dense rounded fruity core, gentle faint caramel tannin warmth and velvety full medium texture. It holds a persistent mellow finish with vivid fresh fruit brightness and quiet soft vanilla malt oak depth. Best savoured neat with tiny chilled spring water drops, light dilution unlocks its intricate grassy honeyed Speyside malt flavours.
