Matured ten years in standard maturation casks then finished in brand-new Spanish virgin oak barrels, it delivers deep caramelized vanilla sweetness balanced with dark dried fruit and pronounced warm wood spice undertones. The aroma carries toasted vanilla pod, dark raisin pulp, mild cinnamon spice and heavily seasoned oak plank notes. The palate offers smooth rounded caramel-fruit core, gentle vibrant tannin warmth and velvety medium texture. It holds a persistent lingering finish with bright vanilla caramel brightness and quiet rich spicy Spanish oak depth. Best savoured neat or with light spring water drops, soft dilution unlocks its intricate layered dried fruit, vanilla and bold virgin oak malt flavours.
