BB&R Exceptional Cask Glen Garioch 34 Year Old 1988 is a rare aged Highland single malt independent bottling from Berry Bros. & Rudd at 45.4% ABV with a 700ml volume. Distilled in 1988 and matured thirty-four years in long-aged oak casks, it delivers rich dried dark fruit sweetness balanced with soft leather and polished nutty wood notes. The aroma carries sun-dried raisin, dark apricot, mild walnut shell, light leather and well-aged oak undertones. The palate offers smooth layered fruity core, gentle subtle dry tannin warmth and velvety medium texture. It holds an extended lingering finish with deep dried fruit brightness and quiet refined aged oak depth. Best savoured neat, light water dilution unfolds its sophisticated multi-layered nutty, fruited and vintage malt flavours.
