Domaine Cloche is a flagship series made with grapes grown in-house.
Because it is unfiltered, there may be turbidity and sludge (suspended matter, etc.). *Please store in a cool and dark place.
A blend of Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc from Kubote, Kaminoyama City, Yamagata Prefecture. By fermenting the fruit with the skin and seeds, we brought out the flavor and astringency to the fullest.
The wine is aged for 15 months in French oak barrels, followed by 27 months in bottle (19 months of which are stored in a dam), resulting in a complex and deep flavor.
A gorgeous aroma reminiscent of apricots, orange peel, dried flowers, black tea, and herbs, with nuances of vanilla and nuts from the barrel. A rich, dry orange wine with smooth acidity, silky tannins, and rich fruit flavors. Production number: 894 pieces
