What is the “Seller Note” series?
We will be releasing limited edition products that are not scheduled to become standard products in the future, as well as experimental cuvees, as part of the Cellar Note series. Regardless of the production area, we add the playfulness of the brewer.
I want to make various styles of wine in this series, just as I keep writing recipes in my notebook.

It has a bright cherry color and a delicate scent of berries such as strawberry, raspberry, and cranberry, which are characteristic of the variety.
The taste has a refreshing and transparent fruit flavor with a long acidity that spreads freely and a long finish.
The aftertaste has a herbal element that gives you a bittersweet and refreshing feeling like citrus peel.
Please keep it cool to around 5 degrees Celsius and enjoy it during the hot summer months ahead. It's also perfect as a lunchtime wine.
