Louis De Lauriston Calvados 1961/2007 is a premium apple brandy produced by Lawliston Distillery in France, bottled at 40% ABV with a volume of 700ml. Distilled in 1961 and bottled in 2007, it has undergone 46 years of slow ageing inside oak casks. Its aroma carries concentrated dried baked apple, ripe pear jam, mellow oak vanilla and subtle nutty undertones refined by long-term maturation. The palate presents silky cooked apple sweetness, soft oak tannins, faint warm wood spices and mild alcohol warmth with well-balanced flavours. It features a lengthy gentle finish with lingering dried fruit and elegant woody notes, an ultra-vintage rare Calvados with outstanding ageing charm and high collectible value.
