This bottling by Dellavalle presents the classic aromatic character of Italian pomace brandy enriched by prolonged maturation within Demerara rum casks, evolving into a delicate, well-structured layered expression. The nose delivers aromas of fresh grape marc, ripe tropical banana, brown sugar sweetness, light floral notes and warm caramelised vanilla oak.
