Matured fifteen years in seasoned oak casks, it delivers rich medicinal peat smoke balanced with ripe citrus sweetness and salty coastal malt notes. The aroma carries damp seaweed, ripe lemon zest, light brine, dried apple and mellow charred oak undertones. The palate offers smooth smoky-fresh core, mild mineral warmth and silky medium-full texture. It holds a lengthy lingering finish with bright citrus lift and persistent marine smoky depth. Best enjoyed neat, light water dilution softens its robust strength to reveal layered peat, fruit and saline coastal flavours.
