Mossburn Castle Camus 12‑Year‑Old Blended Malt is a Scottish blended‑malt whisky independently bottled by Mossburn at 46% ABV with a 700‑ml volume. This expression belongs to the Castle Camus series, named after the historic Castle Camus on the Isle of Skye, assembled from mature single‑malt whiskies aged for a minimum of 12‑years from selected distilleries across Scotland. The aroma presents ripe stone‑fruit, floral honey, dried‑herb and gentle vanilla‑oak. The palate delivers juicy apricot, rich toffee, creamy cereal sweetness and faint coastal‑smoky hints. It finishes moderately long with warm honey‑grain lingering sweetness. Thanks to 12 years of oak maturation, it gains deeper‑layered flavours compared to the NAS version, enjoyable neat or with a small splash of spring‑water.
