Lustau Palo Cortado VORS 500ml is a rare hybrid Spanish VORS palo cortado sherry at 21% ABV in a compact 500ml format, crafted by Lustau combining fine flor finesse and deep oxidative oak maturation for balanced dual-style complexity. It delivers bright roasted nut, polished leather, dried stone fruit, warm spice and subtle coastal mineral with restrained elegant dry sweetness. Its nose releases roasted almond paste, polished dark leather, dried apricot compote, mild cinnamon spice, vanilla custard and faint coastal brine undertones. The palate offers velvety restrained fruity sweetness, powerful bold spirit warmth, layered mature nutty fruit and firm well-integrated aged oak tannins. It has an exceptionally long, silky mineral finish with lingering roasted nut and soft leathery dried fruit vibrancy.
