Extended oak maturation softens rich roasted agave core with ripe tropical fruit, creamy caramel vanilla, subtle dried nut, mild earthy spice and faint dry mineral undertones. The nose unfolds with warm steamed agave nectar, bright mango compote and gentle aged oak sweetness. The palate balances concentrated cooked agave depth with silky fruity brightness, delicate cinnamon lift and fully mellowed rounded tannins.
