Distilled in 2015 and matured eight years, it delivers bright wild orchard fruit, creamy honeyed malt, subtle floral heather, soft vanilla and defined dry oak spice. The nose bursts with fresh pear, ripe apricot, light mountain botanicals and warm toasted barrel sweetness. The palate balances vibrant fruited brightness with viscous malt depth, faint citrus zest, mild nutty almond and firm tannins. Its lengthy warming finish holds lingering stone fruit toffee and quiet herbal Highland undertones.
