Tasting Notes
The following notes are paraphrased from the producer's description on this bottle's back label.

- Finish: A lingering mix of cracked pepper, dried fruit and strawberry.
Port Cask Character from South Korea
The distillery's archive identifies Batch 5 as its Port Cask release, distinct from the PX sherry casks used for Batch 6. The bottle states that no colour is added and the whisky is non-chill filtered, so natural haze may occur.
This 46% expression received a Bronze medal in 2024 at the International Wine & Spirit Competition. The judges highlighted sweet wine aromas, fudge and a finish of dark fruit and spice.
