Inga Grappa Barolo is an Italian grappa crafted by Inga, bottled at 40% ABV in a 500‑millilitre format. Distilled from Nebbiolo grape pomace leftover from Barolo wine production, it embodies the noble aromatic character of Piedmont’s famous Barolo. The nose presents dried red cherry, rose petal, tar‑like earthy notes, dried violet and subtle warm spice. On the palate, it delivers structured red‑berry fruit, delicate floral layers, fine tannic hints and gentle wood‑spice warmth. The finish is long and complex, with lingering dried red fruit and classic Nebbiolo‑derived earthy‑floral undertones. It is best enjoyed neat or slightly chilled as a premium post‑meal digestif.
