Evan Williams Single Barrel 2014 is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon produced at the Old Evan Williams Distillery, bottled at 43.3% ABV with a volume of 750ml. Aromas open with rich vanilla, caramel and ripe baked stone fruit, underpinned by toasted oak and subtle warm spice. On the palate, sweet toffee and honey lead, balanced by notes of dried apple, charred oak and gentle cinnamon spice. The mouthfeel is smooth and rounded. The finish is medium-length, offering lingering caramel and soft wood tannins. Best enjoyed neat or with a splash of water.
