This experimental limited release features malt spirit matured then finished inside ex-Ninja sake casks. The nose reveals delicate rice sweetness, subtle stone fruit, gentle floral notes, soft herbal accents and faint dried grain undertones. On the palate, it is medium-light and silky, offering balanced sake-infused brightness, restrained malty character, faint umami hints and clean mineral backbone.
