The nose reveals smouldering coastal peat, fresh lemon zest, sea brine, green apple and delicate vanilla oak undertones. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and silky, with flavours of integrated smoky malt, vibrant citrus fruit, faint floral notes and restrained saline oak complexity.
