Distilled from fermented Normandy cider apples, this traditional fruit brandy delivers concentrated baked orchard fruit and soft oak notes, suited for refined aperitifs and after-dinner cocktails. The nose opens with baked green apple, stewed pomme fruit, subtle honey and light vanilla oak brightness. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and silky, with flavours of ripe cooked apple, mild floral sweetness, delicate fruit pith undertones and a clean fruity depth.
