Isle of Jura 12 Year Old Sherry Cask is an Islands single malt official distillery bottling at 40% ABV with a 700ml volume. Matured twelve years in sherry oak casks, it balances soft coastal smoke with ripe dark dried fruit and gentle toffee malt sweetness. The aroma carries dried raisins, subtle sea salt smoke, sherry fruit jam and light vanilla toffee. The palate delivers smooth dark berry core, faint saline peat, mild nutty spice and silky light-medium texture. It has a soft lingering finish with gentle dried fruit and faint smoky oak warmth. It’s ideal for chilled neat everyday sipping.
