Kokuto de Liquio is a Japanese‑produced brown‑sugar‑flavoured liqueur made by Mizuho Shuzo at 20% ABV with a 500‑ml volume. It uses rich kokuto (Okinawan black‑brown sugar) blended with Japanese‑made base‑sake. The aroma delivers deep brown‑sugar sweetness with gentle rice‑sake undertones and faint caramel notes. The palate features mellow molasses‑like sweetness, silky texture and subtle savoury hints from kokuto without overpowering alcohol. It has a short‑warm finish. This mild‑strength liqueur can be enjoyed neat, over ice, diluted with hot‑water, or used for crafting fruit‑forward cocktails.
