This seasonal bottling is blended from hand‑picked Islay single malts to deliver festive‑themed flavours alongside Big Peat’s signature smoky character. The nose presents smoldering peat smoke, candied dried‑fruits, cinnamon, dark‑chocolate and subtle sea‑salt. On the palate robust peat combines with sweet raisin, baked‑spice and toffee, brought out by its high‑proof intensity. It features a long‑warming finish with lingering smoky embers and velvety dried‑fruit sweetness.
