ePower Caol Ila 12‑Year‑Old 2010 is an Islay single‑malt Scotch whisky independently bottled by ePower at cask‑strength of 53.6% ABV with a 700‑ml volume. Distilled in 2010 and matured for 12 years under Islay’s maritime climate, it delivers classic coastal peated characteristics of Caol Ila. The nose presents smoldering peat smoke, sea‑salt, ripe citrus fruits, honey and subtle mineral notes. On the palate robust smoky brine pairs with sweet tropical fruits, caramel and gentle oak spices. It has a lengthy warm finish with lingering smoky‑salt and fruit‑cake sweetness. This limited‑release whisky can be enjoyed neat or with a dash of spring water to soften its high‑proof intensity.
