Benriach The Smoky Twelve is a balanced peated Speyside single malt distilled at Benriach Distillery, bottled at standard 43% ABV in a 700ml bottle, triple-cask matured to fuse soft peat with bright red fruit and creamy sherry oak. Its aroma unfolds with gentle herbal peat smoke, ripe red apple, jammy red berry, warm cinnamon and subtle red wine tannins without harsh medicinal heat. The palate delivers bright fruity malt sweetness upfront, wrapped in mild smouldering smoke and velvety sherry oak warmth. It finishes smooth, medium-length and well-rounded with lingering soft ash and sweet red fruit notes, an accessible entry-level smoky Speyside malt.
