Its aroma bursts with jammy black raisin, ripe black cherry, baked fig and sweet baking spice without muddled heaviness despite the high strength. The palate delivers intense dark berry sweetness upfront, wrapped in creamy sherry oak and warm cinnamon tannins. It finishes long, vibrant and tannic with lingering dried fruit, best enjoyed with a splash of water to soften its powerful cask strength character.
