Ten years of cask maturation softens youthful grape acidity and builds rich nutty dried fruit oak depth. Its aroma holds dried red berry, toasted almond, warm vanilla wood and subtle dried floral honey without sharp alcohol fumes. The palate balances mellow dried fruit and silky oak warmth, with gentle nutty wood spice from extended barrel rest. It delivers a lingering finish of raisin and light butter caramel.
