Lustau Cream Capataz Andres is a rich sweet Cream sherry from Spain’s Lustau at mild 20% ABV in a standard 750ml format, aged via traditional oxidative solera system. Blended from Oloroso and sweet Moscatel base wines, it delivers silky dark dried fruit, molasses, roasted nut and soft vanilla oak with zero harsh dry bitter notes. Its nose releases thick sultana raisin compote, dark fig, roasted hazelnut, molasses, mild honey and delicate cinnamon oak undertones. The palate offers rounded velvety fruit sweetness, gentle low spirit warmth, layered jammy dark stone fruit and light mellow wood tannins. It finishes short, smooth and treacle-forward with lingering dried fruit and nutty honey vibrancy. Enjoy lightly chilled neat as a dessert digestif, matching milk chocolate, soft aged goat cheese and dried fruit pastry tarts.
