Jim Beam Sunshine Blend is a Kentucky straight bourbon blend produced by James B. Beam Distilling at standard 40% ABV in a 700ml bottle. Matured in new charred oak barrels, it delivers classic soft corn sweetness, light vanilla, subtle caramel and gentle toasted wood without heavy spice. Its nose releases sweet corn mash, vanilla custard, light caramel, faint ripe orchard fruit and soft oak char. The palate offers smooth mellow sweetness, mild light spirit warmth, rounded honeyed grain and delicate wood tannins. It finishes short and approachable with lingering vanilla sweetness. Highly versatile; it works neat, on the rocks, or in classic bourbon cocktails, pairing with BBQ ribs, smoked brisket, vanilla desserts and salted caramel snacks.
