Finished in fortified red wine casks, it unites smoky peat with rich jammy red fruit for a unique regional flavour profile. The nose blends smouldering peat smoke, dark berry jam, ripe plum, tannic red fruit and subtle dark chocolate. On the palate, powerful coastal peat clashes with thick sweet red berry fruit, supported by robust high-proof heat and velvety wine tannins. It delivers an extremely long layered finish with lingering smoke, candied fruit and soft wood spice.
