Baron Micaela Moscatel is a luxuriously sweet Spanish dessert sherry produced by Baron, bottled at 17.5% ABV in a standard 750-millilitre bottle. Made from sun-dried Moscatel grapes and matured in oak solera casks, gentle ageing softens sharp concentrated fruit sugars and delivers vibrant honeyed citrus, dried muscat grape and subtle floral blossom complexity. The nose bursts with ripe muscat grape, candied orange blossom, warm honey and sun-dried raisin sweetness without harsh alcoholic heat. The palate balances rich viscous fruit sweetness and soft rounded fortified warmth, with delicate floral herbal undertones from oak maturation. It holds a long silky finish of candied citrus and honeyed muscat.
