Lustau Fino del Puerto is a classic dry Spanish fino sherry produced by Lustau, bottled at light 15% ABV in a standard 750-millilitre format. Matured under a protective flor yeast layer via traditional solera ageing, this process softens sharp raw wine acidity and delivers bright almond, briny coastal mineral and subtle green apple herbal layers. The nose carries fresh almond nut, fine coastal saline mineral, crisp green apple and faint wild yeast floral aroma without heavy alcoholic heat. The palate balances bright dry fruit and delicate saline undertones, gentle light alcohol warmth and faint dry herb notes from long flor maturation. It holds a crisp lingering finish of almond and clean briny mineral.
