Bodegas Jimenez Spínola Claredas (Criaderas) is a rare Spanish Jerez brandy crafted by historic Jerez bodega Ximénez-Spínola, bottled at 40% ABV in a standard 700ml bottle, distilled entirely from Pedro Ximénez grapes and matured roughly 13 years via traditional solera criadera oak cask ageing. It delivers concentrated dried raisin, ripe plum, soft dark fruit compote, natural honeyed fructose, polished chestnut oak and subtle warm spice notes of cinnamon and tobacco. The nose unfolds with rich dried grape sweetness, elegant barrel wood aromas and gentle dried fruit depth without harsh alcohol bite. The palate balances velvety natural fruit sweetness with smooth integrated oak, faint orange zest and mellow rounded tannins, showcasing the signature viscous fruit character of Pedro Ximénez base spirit. Its lingering warm finish carries quiet dried fruit and fine woody herbal undertones.
