Maturity Paradigm Glen Moray 11 Years Old 2012 is a cask-strength Speyside single malt Scotch independently bottled by Whisk-e under the Maturity Paradigm series, distilled at Glen Moray Distillery in Speyside, Scotland, bottled at 58.8% ABV in a standard 700ml format. Matured eleven years from the 2012 distillation vintage in premium oak casks, this light fruited malt delivers ripe orchard apple, soft floral heather honey, creamy vanilla custard, subtle dried stone fruit and mild delicate oak spice. Its aroma unfolds with bright fresh green apple, pale wildflower honey, light toffee caramel and gentle toasted oak undertones. The palate balances vibrant clean fruit brightness with smooth mellow malt sweetness, carrying layers of ripe pear, candied citrus peel, faint cinnamon and firm dry oak tannins. The lengthy warming finish holds persistent fresh orchard fruit notes, lingering honeyed toffee sweetness and subtle soft floral herbal undertones. Crafted primarily for neat sipping with a tiny splash of spring water to unlock layered fruit complexity, its high cask strength delivers full rounded Speyside malt character without harsh alcoholic sharpness.
