Arette Artesanal Anejo is a fully aged artisanal Mexican anejo tequila handcrafted by Arette Distillery, bottled at gentle 40% ABV in a compact 750ml bottle. Distilled from ripe blue agave and matured long-term in premium American oak casks, it delivers rich caramelised agave, dark vanilla custard, dried stone fruit and warm roasted wood spice without harsh tannic bite. Its aroma unfolds with slow-cooked agave core, butterscotch, dried apricot and polished toasted oak notes. On the palate, rounded deep agave sweetness meets balanced mild alcohol warmth, wrapped in silky well-mellowed aged oak tannins and faint dried herbal undertones. The lengthy finish lingers on baked agave preserve, soft toffee and quiet layered wood spice. Best enjoyed neat at mild coolness with no ice or mixer, its mild 40% strength delivers complex mature artisanal agave-and-oak character ideal for slow sipping.
