Matured in seasoned Manzanilla sherry casks, this expression delivers rich saline sherry fruit layered over soft cereal malt and delicate oak spice. The nose unfolds with dry saline Manzanilla sherry, dried green fig, light cereal honey, crisp almond and subtle polished vanilla oak. On the palate, savoury salty sherry sweetness blends with silky rounded malt and robust elevated alcohol warmth, balanced by gentle wine-infused oak tannins.
