Kobe Distillery KOBE GIN YAMA is a premium Japanese craft gin produced by Kobe Distillery, blended with unique mountain botanicals native to Kobe and bottled at standard drinking strength in a 700ml bottle. Centred on classic juniper berry, it incorporates local yuzu citrus, fresh green tea, aromatic shiso, sansho pepper and camphor wood to build a distinct oriental herbal flavour profile. Its aroma bursts with bright zesty yuzu, soft steamed green tea, mild piney juniper and subtle earthy herbal undertones.
