KOKUTO DE LIQUIO Churaumi Spiced Rum is a Japanese spiced rum crafted by Mizuho Shuzo, bottled at 43% ABV in a compact 500ml bottle. It highlights Okinawan black brown sugar, known as kokuto, as its core raw material, blended with tropical spices and subtle floral notes inspired by Churaumi’s ocean terroir. The nose delivers rich molasses sweetness, warm cinnamon, ripe tropical fruit and faint sea salt hints. The palate offers velvety brown sugar sweetness, balanced gentle spice and soft tropical fruit layers without harsh alcoholic heat. It finishes smoothly with lingering caramelised kokuto and mild aromatic spice.
