Penelope Four Grain Rosé Cask Finish is a finished American craft bourbon distilled by Penelope Bourbon, bottled at 47% ABV in a standard 750ml bottle, built on the brand’s signature four-grain mash bill with extra maturation in former rosé wine casks. Its aroma unfolds creamy vanilla caramel, fresh red berry, delicate floral wine notes, toasted oak and subtle ripe stone fruit sweetness. The palate balances smooth corn and wheat softness, gentle light spice, juicy raspberry and rosé-driven fruity brightness, leading to a medium-length silky finish of mixed berries, toffee and faint wine tannins. This fruit-forward finished bourbon works beautifully neat, on the rocks and in light fruity whiskey cocktails to highlight its unique wine-cask floral berry character.
