Signatory Springbank 35 Years 1989 is ultra-aged Campbeltown single malt independently bottled by Signatory at 47.8% ABV in a 700ml bottle. Distilled in 1989 and matured thirty-five full years in carefully selected oak casks, this extremely rare long-aged release delivers layered coastal, fruity and briny Campbeltown malt from decades of slow gentle cask integration. The nose unfolds with dried stone fruit, light coastal brine, honeyed cereal, vanilla custard and subtle polished aged oak. On the palate, it is rounded and medium-bodied, featuring soft pear compote, saline minerality, buttery aged malt toffee, mild dried nut and restrained smooth wood tannins. The long silky finish lingers with faint coastal sweetness and delicate lingering oak spice, showcasing refined well-balanced mature Springbank character.
