The nose delivers refined medicinal peat smoke, distinct coastal sea brine, stewed dark stone fruit, honeyed vanilla and mature dried oak spice from long-term cask maturation. On the palate, it is silky and concentrated, with well-integrated smoky fruit sweetness, layered maritime saline warmth, subtle dark chocolate and polished seasoned oak depth.
