The Bittersweet Character of Blood Orange Pith
Albedo takes its name from the white layer beneath citrus peel. Here, blood orange pith provides citrus definition and a gentle bitter edge, while honey adds a softer dimension. The result is light and clear in style, without relying on pronounced sweetness.
Tasting Profile
Expect citrus character, restrained bitterness and a rounded honey accent. This balance gives Albedo a distinct place within the Scarlet range. Explore more bottles in our herb and spice liqueur collection.
